Privacy policy
What we never collect
We do not collect seed phrases, private keys, keystore files, or any wallet credential. There is no mechanism in the product to receive them, and we will never ask for them by email, chat or social media.
What we store
Public wallet addresses you connect or paste, scan summaries (account counts and recoverable rent), and confirmed transaction records including signatures and amounts. All of this data is already public on the Solana blockchain.
Analytics
We record aggregate usage such as scan counts and recovery totals so we can show platform statistics and improve reliability. We do not sell data or share it with advertisers.
Third parties
Balance and price data comes from public Solana RPC providers and public token price APIs. Requests to those services include the address being scanned, because that is what is being looked up.
Your choices
You can disconnect your wallet at any time, opt out of the public leaderboard, or request deletion of your stored records by emailing support@refundmysol.com. On-chain history cannot be deleted by anyone.
